Fees & Funding
How are your fees structured?
We believe in transparency. After understanding your matter we will explain the most suitable funding option — whether that is an hourly rate, a fixed fee or another arrangement — and provide a clear estimate before any work begins.
Do you offer fixed-fee services?
For many matters, yes. Where the scope of work can be defined in advance we are happy to agree a fixed fee so you have complete certainty over costs from the outset.
Getting Started
How do I arrange an initial consultation?
Simply call us or complete the enquiry form and a member of the relevant team will be in touch, usually the same working day. We will take a few details about your matter and arrange a convenient time to talk things through.
Will my enquiry be treated confidentially?
Yes. Every enquiry is handled in the strictest confidence, and anything you share with us is protected by legal professional privilege. You can speak to us openly, knowing your information is secure.

Your Matter & Process
How long will my matter take?
Every matter is different, and timescales depend on its complexity and on third parties such as courts or other firms. At our first meeting we will give you a realistic indication of timing and keep you updated at each stage.
Who will be handling my case?
Your matter is led by an experienced specialist in the relevant area of law, supported where appropriate by the wider team. You will always know who your main point of contact is.
