Civil Litigation Solicitor — Consultant

A consultant opportunity for an experienced civil litigation solicitor to manage their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop your own caseload across your area of expertise — a caseload of Civil Litigation matters including:
    • Contract disputes
    • Debt recovery
    • Property and landlord and tenant disputes
    • Commercial litigation
    • Professional negligence claims
    • General civil disputes
  • Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
  • Maintain high standards of client care, compliance, and professionalism
  • Generate and maintain your own client base, while also working with firm-generated enquiries where available
  • Handle matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
  • Comply with SRA regulations, AML requirements, and internal policies

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (with relevant post-qualification experience)
  • Strong technical knowledge in your chosen practice area
  • Ability to manage your own caseload independently
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate work
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
