Immigration Solicitor — Consultant

A consultant opportunity for an experienced immigration solicitor to manage their own caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop your own caseload across your area of expertise — a caseload of Immigration Law including:
- Visa applications (visit, work, student, spouse and family visas)
- Asylum and human rights claims
- Appeals and judicial review matters
- Settlement and British citizenship applications
- Sponsor licence applications and compliance (for business clients)
Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
Maintain high standards of client care, compliance, and professionalism
Generate and maintain your own client base, while also working with firm-generated enquiries where available
Handle matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
Comply with SRA regulations, AML requirements, and internal policies

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (with relevant post-qualification experience)
Strong technical knowledge in your chosen practice area
Ability to manage your own caseload independently

Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
